Ajrakh was born in the deserts of Kutch, Rajasthan, India. For over 4,000 years, artisans have carved its motifs into wooden blocks, immersed them in natural dyes, indigo, red, earth, and printed them layer by layer onto fabric. Each pattern is shaped by hand, with a precision that takes years to master.
