You can shop our full collection exclusively at www.worldofkaari.com. We currently do not retail through any third-party stores or platforms.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Klarna installment options are also available for eligible customers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us at info@worldofkaari.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, but this is not guaranteed.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We hope you love your Kaari piece. But if for any reason it’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in the original Kaari box and packaging
- Requested within 14 calendar days from delivery (do not ship before your return is validated by us)
To initiate a return, email us at info@worldofkaari.com with your order details. We’ll confirm whether the item is eligible before providing return instructions. Please do not send the item back without our confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
A Note on Gold-Plated Jewelry
All Kaari pieces are handcrafted using recycled sterling silver with 18k gold plating (3 microns) — 6x thicker than industry standard. However, gold plating naturally fades over time with wear. This is not considered a defect but part of the piece’s natural aging process.
What is the cost of returns?
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all returns and exchanges.
- If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@worldofkaari.com within 3 days of receiving your order — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
How to start a return?
To begin the return process, email us at info@worldofkaari.com within 14 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days to validate your request. Once validated, we’ll share the return shipping instructions. You’ll need to ship the item back at your own cost. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
What is your exchange policy?
We understand that finding the perfect fit or finish can take a moment — and we’re here to help.
If your Kaari piece isn’t quite right and you’d prefer another size, stone, or style, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
How It Works
- Email us at info@worldofkaari.com with:
• Your order number
• The item you’d like to exchange
• Your preferred new size, variation, or product - We’ll confirm product availability and validate your exchange request. Any price difference will need to be accordingly adjusted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll ship your exchange within 5 business days.
Conditions for Exchange
- Your piece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original Kaari box and packaging
- Exchanges must be requested and shipped back within 14 calendar days of delivery
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty

💎 Jewelry Materials & Care
What materials do you use?
Kaari pieces are crafted in either:
- 14K recycled solid gold
- 18K yellow gold/rose gold plated on sterling silver (3 micron thick layer)
- Rhodium-plated on sterling silver
All our diamonds and gemstones are natural and responsibly sourced.
Is Kaari jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our pieces are made from high-quality, nickel-free materials and are suitable for sensitive skin.
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Store in a soft pouch and clean gently with a soft cloth. Check out our Jewelry Care Guide for more tips.
Why 14k gold and 18k gold plated on sterling silver?
18K Gold Plated:
Our jewellery is crafted in recycled 925 sterling silver, generously plated in 3 microns of 18K recycled gold. Most gold-plated jewellery uses a layer of 0.5 microns or less — Kaari’s plating is up to 6 times thicker. This ensures a richer colour, improved resistance to wear, and a lasting finish designed for everyday wear.
14K Solid Gold:
14K gold contains 14 parts pure gold out of 24, striking the perfect balance between elegance and durability. We use 100% recycled 14ct solid gold — crafted to age beautifully and stay with you, season after season.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is beautifully packaged in a Kaari box with a soft pouch—ready to gift, with no pricing information included. We currently do not offer an alternate option for gifting.
🧾 Warranty & Repairs
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All Kaari pieces come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or improper use. Read more here.
Can I get a piece repaired?
We offer repair services for most of our products, even beyond the warranty period. Email us at info@worldofkaari.com with details and photos, and we’ll send you a quote.

Is your packaging sustainable?
