At Kaari, each piece is designed to be worn and cherished — every day and for years to come. That’s why all our jewelry is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.
🛠️ What’s Covered
Our 24-month warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Faulty clasps, chains, or soldering issues
- Abnormal stone loosening due to production flaws
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
- General wear and tear from regular use
- Loss, theft, or damage due to accidents or misuse
- Tarnishing or fading due to exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals
- Damage from improper storage or cleaning
- Unauthorized repair attempts
Jewelry is delicate by nature. Gold plating and rhodium plating on sterling silver can wear over time, especially with daily wear. We recommend following our Jewelry Care Guide to keep your Kaari piece shining for years to come.

Need help after your 24-month warranty expires? We’ve got you covered. We offer affordable repair services even beyond the warranty window.
To request a repair, email us at info@worldofkaari.com with:
- Your original order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what happened
We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
📦 How Repairs Work
If your repair is approved (whether under warranty or paid service):
- We’ll email return instructions and a shipping address.
- You’ll securely package and ship your item to us.
- We'll communicate to you the approximate repair duration depending on the complexity.
- We’ll ship it back to you as soon as it’s ready—fully polished and restored.
